Butstone Farm is a 16 acre small holding situated on the side of a lovely valley in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Beer and Saunton cottages were originally converted from one of the farm barns 12 years ago, but they were refitted in late 2016 for the holiday market and both offer superb 2 bedroomed accommodation for 4 guests and can be taken individually or they are ideal to rent together for larger family groups.

They are equipped for babies with a high chair and with stair gates and up to 2 dogs per cottage are also permitted, as long as dogs are kept on a lead at all times when they are outside.

While the cottages have been converted from an old barn, they are right up to date in their equipment, both in the kitchen and including high speed wifi in case you need to keep in touch with the modern world. However, many come to the area for an electronic detox and that is all too easy as you sit on your patio gazing across the valley and the lake within it, or just listen to the myriad birds around you.

The local villages all have delightful pubs serving a selection of excellent beer and food, while for those who prefer to cater for themselves in the well equipped kitchen in each cottage, there are very good butchers nearby and excellent fruit and vegetables available too.
